A project where I was tasked with being the lone illustrator for a gospel-inspired promotional booklet.
In collaboration with Youth With A Mission Harbor City, as part of the Mission Builders Internship Programme.
Research/Moodboards
At the very beginning of the project, I discussed with the Project Leader what kinds of illustrations were expected. Based on the feedback that was given, I compiled images from the internet into moodboards that fit the requested styles and themes of the project.
Concept Sketches
Using the moodboards as reference, I created multiple thumbnail sketches to show to the Project Leader for feedback. When the Leader approved of a sketch, I would start the main Illustration.
